True Greatness
The radiant sun, with splendor rare
Showers his majesty everywhere.
The raging seas all thrash their foam
To show that power is theirs, alone.
Towering mountains stretch proudly and high.
To greatness as theirs, nothing comes nigh.
Gigantic trees in arrogance stand
To see that they are kings of the land.
But tiny dewdrops, delicate, small,
Are in their frailness greater than all.
For as each clear drop shines in the sun,
The birth of a lifetime has just begun.
